چکیده
Background: Lipases are one of the most important catalysts in detergent, dairy, and textile industries due to their biocatalytic activity aqueous non-aqueous media. Lipase-producing bacteria effectively produced used various by screening different habitats optimizing fermentation parameters. The present study aimed isolate identify lipase-producing investigate characteristics importance finding new sources lipase. Materials Methods: In study, wastewater samples from Golbahar Meat Products Factory Khorramabad, Iran were screened for bacterial strains. isolates identified based on morphological biochemical characterization as well 16S rRNA gene sequence. culture medium parameters such pH, incubation time, temperature varied optimization. Results: Three with high lipase Khorramabad. BLAST program indicated highest sequence similarity genes Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Maximum was recorded at 48 h incubation. Moreover, purified demonstrated maximum 45 °C pH= 8.0. Conclusion: results this revealed that extracellular lipases amyloliquefaciens alkaline ones have relatively good stability which can be industries. Furthermore, encoding enzyme these useful engineering changed desired site-directed mutagenesis.

متن کاملIsolation, Screening and Characterization of Hyaluronidase Producing Bacteria
Hyaluronidase has a panoramic use in biotechnology processes and therapy due to its therapeutic, pathophysiological, physiological and biological importance. Since much of the preparations of hyaluronidases are from animal source (bovine and ovine testicular sources) with limited sources of microbial origin, that prompted the authors to screen and isolate a new promising bacterial strain ...
